Dear Music and Arts Supporter,
Founded in 1977 as a charitable organization, Music Express appreciates its ongoing relationship with our community. Comprised of over 40 members, we dedicate our time to sharing the power of music and making a positive change in our community.
Over the years, we have presented programs that feature and support local school choirs in our annual Holiday production, talented young people in our annual Talent Showcase, and partner with other production companies, such as Migration Hall, in their musical presentations.
As a service to our community, we have been able to give individuals a chance to share their musical ability, support local school music and arts programs, and assist many local charities such as the Downtown Mission, Hiatus House, the Lung Association, Hearts for Haiti, Save African Children Uganda and Gamblers Anonymous with their ongoing work in the community.
Every year, we host a Talent Showcase at Art in the Park to allow local students to perform publicly on stage and encourage them to continue pursuing their interest in music.
